I had a dog come toward me, my daughter and my pug, it was a pit mix. I put my little loves behind me and I stood my alpha ground and told it No go home, while holding my dog behind my back. I was moving back slowly but repeating the same No go home sentence. A kick to its jaw/head would have been my next option because my hands were holding my pug and the other was there to push my daughter back behind me. HeraldSun allow racist attacks to be published on their website by posters to newsstories? Q. When posters are offered to post a comment on the HeraldSun website in Melbourne, the site states that racist attacks will not be allowed. Yet the amount of times that I see racist, sexist and plain demeaning attacks posted astounds me. They editor states that the HeraldSun has the right to edit the comments but why don't they edit racism etc out? Disgusting publication in my opinion. Perhaps there may be a few more of them in the water now since the laws were put in place to protect them, but that's a good thing. It means they're on their way back from potential extinction from overfishing. People need to be more personally accountable for the choices they make and the risks they take. Education would help too. There are numerous risks in entering the oceans off Australia that could be potentially fatal or make you ill.
